— Investment financing, close work with FIs. Credit portfolio optimization. Transactions with EBRD, local FIs. Covenants control.
— Strategic planning. Budgeting, analysis, operational control. KPIs implementing and control.
— CF planning. Payments. AR/AP control.
— Insurance portfolio maintaining (RE, BI, LI)
— Outsourcing accounting control, meeting dead-lines
— Quarterly management reporting for group level consolidation purpose
— IFRS reporting (yearly basis for entities financed by EBRD)
— Yearly audit — BIG4 (local stds, Group policy, IFRS)
— everyday support business team with analytics, KPI control
— participant of 3 M&A deals (FDD part, finance aspects of transaction closing)
